ACARES is looking for passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our organisation. We are keen to speak to people that are interested in establishing a career within the dynamic disability sector.
We have a great opportunity to take on regular, ongoing shifts in Coooma.
Shifts will be to support our client with personal care, increasing their life skills, community access and attending appointments and therapy sessions.
Previous experience with Spinal Cord Injuries will be highly regarded.
Mandatory requirements:
*National police check
*Employee working with children check
*Current first aid and CPR certificates
*Current driver's licence and access to reliable car
Highly desirable:
*Certificate IV Disability, or similar
