Disability Support Staff
Quality Health Care (QHC) is an organisation that believes every individual is important and able to make a valuable contribution to our society.
QHC are currently looking to add to our specialised teams supporting our homes in the South Western Sydney area .
We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person centered care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.
The position is a coaching role to guide and inspire people with Intellectual disabilites / Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

Essential Criteria
Cert IV or equivalent industry experience
At least 6 months experience within a group home setting
Personal care experience
Good availability to work days, nights and weekends
A passion for providing person centered care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Working Visa
