About the role:

The Therapeutic Program Manager is responsible for managing the clinical workflow and financial viability of the Lifestyle Solutions Specialists Support Team. The role provides business leadership and therapeutic management for the Specialists Support Team, including identifying strategic responses to business challenges and opportunities, facilitating clinical partnerships between both internal and external business stakeholders and establishing and maintaining systems to maximise reliable revenue, staff retention and quality clinical practice and excellence.

The Therapeutic Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Clinical Services and the broader Practice Assurance & Quality team to establish and maintain a workplace culture congruent with our Mission, Vision and Values.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  1. Tertiary degree or higher qualification from a recognised university related to social, health, behavioural sciences or related discipline, and relevant experience and understanding of clinical teams and their working dynamics
  2. Ability to provide role supervision to clinical teams with regards to caseload management and clinical requirements under an NDIS
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of the issues, trends and legislation underpinning the provision of services to Lifestyle Solutions customers, their family, carers and communities Nationally
  4. Excellent understanding of current legislation; standards and clinical business opportunities for Disability and Out of Home Care services across Australia
  5. Proven ability to negotiate service agreements, including confirming responsibilities and required budgets
  6. Proven experience in leading teams to meet service outcomes and contribute to the overall team goals
  7. Commitment to clinical excellence, sound clinical governance and supervision, and capacity to inspire same within the clinical team
  8. Sound business skills, including budget and contract negotiation, management and reporting;
  9. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to present information in a variety of formats and audiences
  10. Current drivers licence and a willingness to travel extensively for the role
