An exciting opportunity to be part of the development and trial of a new service. You will be part of our friendly team here in Silver Chain, as part of the team you will continue to provide ongoing support to our clients by assisting with their personal care needs and the promotion of their independence, we have current vacancies for part time and casuals who can work various shift patterns over a seven-day period. You will drive to clients within a 30 min drive time radius from Belmont.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL:
- Preferably have 3 years’ experience providing care in the Community.
- Have the flexibility to travel to and between the areas mentioned
- Preferably have the ability to undertake all levels of care including low, moderate and complex care.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable registered vehicle.
- Have the ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
- Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care and/or Home and Community Care.
- Effective English literacy skills
