Kenvale College is Australia's first private Hospitality College and the first to combine paid work and study. Duties and Responsibilities
- Contacting potential students via telephone, email and face to face
- Working to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by Management
- Initiate new recruitment opportunities to maximise engagement with prospective students and measure return on investment
- Management of sales funnel, enquiries and recruitment database (salesforce)
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls to develop (cold-calls) and maintain relationships with potential students.
- Maintain & promote relationships with all College target markets
- Organise and run College events such as; Open Days, Promotional Events/Short Courses, Career Markets, Scholarship Events
- Review and evaluate promotional College events. There is scope to propose, plan and execute new initiatives to aid lead conversion
- Provide general and administrative assistance and support to the Marketing and Recruitment Manager
- Contribute to content marketing and digital marketing campaigns
Essential Criteria
- Sales oriented self starter
- Willingness to learn with Positive Attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Criteria
- Experience in student recruitment
- Knowledge of and experience in the domestic student market
- Knowledge and Experience of Salesforce is an advantage
- Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Hospitality, Events, Tourism or equivalent
