Murdock Education have an immediate vacancy for an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator in the Midland Area.
To qualify as a Coordinator you may hold a Degree or Diploma in any of the following; Early Years Education, Diploma In Children Services, Education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing.
Our client is seeking a dedicated team member to lead and develop a quality learning environment for the children in their care.
TO HELP YOU FOCUS ON PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY CARE YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT:
- Account fee management, is managed by accounts department
- Recruitment is a job for the HR department NOT YOU
- Parent complaints handled by the Area Manager
- Principle Meetings handled by the Area Manager

Successful applicant will receive:
- PAID First Aid Training Course
- PAID Induction/position training for 8 hours prior to starting (no other company does this)
- PAID 2 termly meeting per year, 8 meeting's to network and meet coordinator and Area Managers (no other company does this)
- PAID Child Protection Training
- PAID all other relevant PD

You must hold or be willing to obtain
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Education Support or School Education and Care ; OR
- Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care; OR
- Degree in Primary Education, Secondary or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent; OR
- Diploma or Degree in Recreation; Sport Science; Leisure Studies; Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing OR
- Supervising Officer Certificate (OR willing to apply for)
- First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR trained (OR willing to complete)
