About the role:
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be tasked to coordinate, develop and deliver Austal training programs in accordance with contracted methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain relevant training courses
- Ensure all training is delivered in accordance with our quality management system
- Ensure that training delivery and support are conducted within the budgeted costs
- Responsible for the provision of a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and ensure safe work procedures and elimination of hazards and unsafe work practices.
About you:
Ideally, you will have come from a mechanical, electrical or communications background with relevant high risk licences. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Maritime operational experience
- Certificate IV TAE
- Understanding of training requirements and development processes
- High Risk Licences & First Aid Certificate
- Full Australian rights to work
