Aged Care Trainer and Assessor responsible for the development and promotion of traineeships as well as the delivery of classroom training and assessment in the Certificate III in Individual Support .
Australian Employment And Training Services is rapidly expanding its delivery of training and requires an industry experienced trainer with sound vocational experience within the Aged Care and broader industries.
This is a split position that requires the successful candidate to deliver the Cert III in Individual Support (3 days per week) and the promotion and delivery of traineeships in the remaining two days within the greater Perth area.
The successful candidate must have:
- A sound working knowledge of the traineeship model
- Great industry knowledge and contacts, especially in the aged care industry
- Ability to promote the services of the company
- A current TAE qualification
- Demonstrated industry experience within the aged care sector
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of a high level of customer services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current drivers license.
Whilst this position requires someone who can work autonomously, you will enjoy the benefit of working closely with our state and national delivery staff and management.
Whilst we are offering this role in a full time capacity, we may consider for the right candidate a two day per week role in the Traineeship, development and delivery phase of the role.
