The Role
A unique opportunity exists for an entrepreneurial person with a passion for engaging and educating people.
The focus of the role is to drive brand awareness and educate staff in the retail environment. Building relationships and rapport with staff is essential in this role and is something that you are passionate about. You will train a wide array of people from retail managers, store owners, retail staff, sales reps and pharmacists in key pharmacies across Brisbane's greater metropolitan area. As the Training Representative, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and sales of the Oli6 brand. You will be meticulous in your weekly planning, have entrepreneurial flair and be able to work independently.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated, confident and resilient. You are someone who loves meeting people and building relationships. Being entrepreneurial with the ability to think on your feet is crucial and of course you need to be comfortable presenting in front of people.
Core competencies you possess are
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident presenter
- Good attention to detail, planning and can work independently
- Good gasp of Social Media (FB, Instagram and WeChat)
While not an essential requirement, the following experience will add weight to your application
- Experience as a trainer or sales rep
- Pharmacy or FMCG experience
- Experience using infant formula
- An expert or influencer in Social Media (FB, Instagram and WeChat)
