We are looking for a superstar retail trainer who can coach and support both High School students and current retail staff, inspiring them to achieve their DREAMS.

You will do this by delivering either a Certificate III in Retail or a Diploma of Retail Leadership, using your real life management experience to bring the subject matter alive for the students.

You will have a PASSION for learning and a desire to work as part of a friendly team within a fast paced environment. This position is based from our Beenleigh office, and will involve daily travel throughout the Gold Coast and Southern Logan/Brisbane areas.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

• Certificate III in Retail (or equivalent)
• Diploma of Retail Leadership (an advantage)
• TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• 3-5 years recent retail management experience
• A current driver’s licence & a reliable vehicle
• A current Blue Card or willingness to apply for one.
