Mikarie Child Care Centre is currently seeking a passionate and qualified full time Early Childhood Room Leader & Educational Leader with knowledge and experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and demonstrating an understanding of the National Quality Standards.

Located in beautiful bush land surroundings in Kirrawee, you will lead the pre-school room alongside two experienced Educators, to make a difference in the children's lives through care and education.

What you need to succeed:                                           

• Lead and mentor to deliver quality planning, curriculum and outcomes 
• Develop, plan and implement the Early Years Learning Framework
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and families
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team
• Commitment to inclusive practices and child protection
• Understanding of work health and safety
• Demonstrated experience and understanding in support children's behaviours and positive guidance techniques
• Interest, ability and experience in supporting children with additional support needs

Mandatory requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor in Early Childhood
• Minimum 2 years experience as an ECT
• Current ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework
• Current Working with Children Certificate
