The Centre:
My Client promotes play based learning as it draws from the child’s natural desire to engage in experiences based on their interests, strengths and developing skills. They believe that the role as educators is to support this learning and link it in with the Framework, giving the children a strong sense of Being, Becoming and Belonging.
They have created learning environments and programs to suit each stage of childrens development. They are committed to providing a multi-cultural and anti-biased environment for all children and families. The aim is to minimise group sizes to allow the teachers to provide as much one-on-one time as possible for each child. There is a staff member responsible for programming activities for children at each developmental stage. The children are placed in a group based on their age, social and learning developmental level.
The Role:
Permanent full time role for an outstanding centre manager
Create a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which children can grow, develop and learn.
May be a suitable role for an assistant centre manager looking to take their next step

To be considered for this role you must have:
Either your Bachelor in Children’s Services - approved by ACECQA
Experience in programming and planning
Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Demostrated experience as either a centre manager or an assistant centre manager
