Natural Elements Early Learning is an privately-owned Early Learning group offering the highest quality of care and education in SE QLD and NSW. Our newly built centre is state of the art and offers a playground and learning environments rarely seen before in Northern NSW.

Natural Elements is seeking only quality, experienced educators to meet the highest standard of Education and Care to join our brand new centre in Pottsville.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and exceptional Diploma Qualified Educators and Cert III Educators to deliver the very best for the Pottsville community.

We would like to receive written applications for the following positions;

• Lead Educators

Passionate Diploma holding and experienced Lead Educators who wish to make a difference in childrens lives and set them up for successful futures. Passionate about programming and skills in time management, team commitment and positive education experiences are a must. 

• Educators (all levels, including trainees)

Minimum Certificate III qualification required with proven experience in a Long Day Care Centre setting. The ability to set positive examples of conduct and implementation of quality programmed and suitable activities.

Essential Criteria

- All applicants must be qualified and experienced for the position they are applying for

- Current Working with Children check, First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain before opening of centre)

- Strong understanding of regulations, Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework .

-Available for operating hours of centre

- Professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
