Bay Explorers Early Learning is a family-owned long day Early Childhood Eduction and Care (ECEC) service with a clear vision: #1 IN EVERY REGARD. Our Urangan service is successful and busy and we are excited that our new service at Urraween (opened December 2017) has grown so rapidly. This is a state of the art facility, drive by and look at our developing playscape with mature trees already in place. We do things a little differently so we're seeking team members who deliver beyond the norm.
This is an opportunity for outstanding Educators to join our Hervey Bay team. We're looking for EXCEPTIONAL and EXPERIENCED team members who love making a difference in children's lives. We focus on professional development and we do everything we can to facilitate the most professional, caring and positive experience for team members and families.

ASSISTANT EDUCATORS and ALL APPLICANTS need:
- a complete and current understanding of the EYLF and NQS;
- must study effectively towards Diploma in Children's Services;
- a Working with Children Check / Valid Blue Card; and
- First Aid, CPR and Child Protection Certificates.
Our LEAD EDUCATOR needs:
- Diploma in Children's Services;
- at least 3 years industry experience.
