Customer Experience Coordinator
Full Time / Permanent
MOA Level 4 ($78,004 - $83,738 + super)

The state of the art Parks Library, due for completion in October 2018, is our next generation library service. We have a key role for a high energy, committed person who is passionate about Libraries and the difference they make to communities.

Parks Library will serve a richly diverse community and we are seeking a motivated person for the role of Customer Experience Coordinator.
What does the position do:
- Deliver a high level of customer service that is welcoming, flexible and has the customer experience at the forefront of decision making,
- Provide leadership in the day to day running of the libraries,
- Act as the ultimate advocate for our customers.
- Will be required to work out of hours, evenings and weekends to support the operational requirements of the library.
What we're looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in Library Services, other relevant qualification or equivalent experience,
- Significant experience in a supervisory position in a service environment,
- Experience in facility management or branch operations,
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a complex environment and with diverse populations.
- Up to date knowledge of emerging service trends and best practice in service provision within Libraries and Community facilities
