About the role

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Implementation and Training Consultant to support Thomson Reuters’ HR Solutions (Big Red Sky & cvMail) customers in Australia and New Zealand.

This role is both customer facing (managing implementation projects or facilitating training), and internally facing (communicating requirements to the development team, and updating sales / commercial team members on implementation progress).

This is a hybrid role that combines knowledge of HR software and the needs of the target market/relevant end users, Training and Assessment, Project Management and degree of Technical Business Analysis skills.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, Legal, your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage the customer implementation process from project kick off to go live for the BRS and cvMail applications
• Design and deliver system user training including creating training manuals, exercises and guides
• Respond to customer queries and work with internal teams to provide timely and accurate solutions
• Develop product subject matter expertise on cvMail & BigRedSky
• Provide regular reporting and administration and support

About you

To be successful in the role, you will bring a strong understanding of how a Human Resources function operates, including familiarity with HR/Recruitment processes and procedures, particularly in relation to systems and software. You will have exposure with system implementations or project work and be skilled and passionate about corporate training and development.

Additionally, you will bring the following:

• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and work collaboratively at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
• A customer centric approach with the ability to identify and understand customer requirements and liaise with key customer personnel across an organisation
• Knowledge of document management systems is advantageous
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a similar qualification is highly desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources will be advantageous
