We are looking for committed Educators to Support and work with the team on site. The right person will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-9am and 3pm to 6pm.

About your new role

Reporting to the Coordinator of the OSHC centre, you will drive our vision to provide each and every person with the opportunity to be happy, healthy and connected by overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of the daily routines and programs. You will ensure:

  • The safety, security and wellbeing of the children in our care are protected
  • The service policies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Services offered reflect the multi-cultural diversity and holistic ethos of the community
  • Services create and deliver high quality and age appropriate programming
  • A child friendly, inviting and clean environment is maintained
  • Children are provided with interactive and stimulating activities
  • The interaction with children is continually positive, sensitive and respectful
  • Staff connect and respond to families and internal/external stakeholders

About you

A committed educator who has a strong focus on customer service and highly developed observation skill, you will put the needs of the children in our care as your number one priority, a drive for meeting the requirement s of the role which will include but not limited to:

  • The safety, security and wellbeing of the children in our care are protected
  • Services offered reflect the multi-cultural diversity and holistic ethos of the community
  • A child friendly, inviting and clean environment is maintained
  • Children are provided with interactive activities
  • The interaction with children is continually positive, sensitive and respectful

To be successful in this role, you will come with

  • HLTAID004 First Aid
  • Ability to recognise the needs of children and skills to nurture and support children to the service
  • Experience working in a similar environment ( desirable but not essential)
