We are a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, retirement living and healthcare across NSW and QLD. Currently, we are seeking an e-Learning Instructional Designer to join our Corporate Office team on a 6-month maximum term basis. This role plays an integral part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to develop interactive, engaging and high-quality eLearning modules to support effective and sustainable use of our Care Management software solution (eCase).
Based in Macquarie Park, you will join our Residential Care team where you will identify training needs and objectives related to eCase and develop a plan to transition existing face-to-face training modules into eLearning modules. Using contemporary instructional design techniques, you will produce eLearning courseware and reference guides to meet agreed audience learning requirements and you will perform post implementation evaluation of these modules based on feedback to ensure quality.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following: -
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative, engaging and interactive eLearning materials, with a good understanding of gamification in eLearning solutions;
- An understanding of learning methodologies such as “ADDIE” and 70/20/10;
- High level interpersonal & communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Sound knowledge and experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia;
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge into learning experience;
- Experience in training and education;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and;
- Sound understanding in software education and online training delivery.
