Regional Operations Managers working for Junior Adventures Group are responsible for leading and managing a dispersed team of Coordinators spread across 15 to 20 schools. The role is one of the most critical roles within the organisation. The success of our programs at a local level is dependent on sound leadership and management of a dispersed team and ensuring programs are compliant with National Quality Standards.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals with:

  • Demonstrated experience managing dispersed teams to achieve results
  • Track record managing compliance and reporting within a regulated industry
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda
  • Experience of managing continuous improvement and change
  • Experience building sustainable relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • Childcare industry knowledge and experience gained at management level (desirable)
  • Experience of managing relationships with schools or similar (desirable)
