About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join AIS as a Training Product Support Officer, a challenging and rewarding role, working in a dynamic team of professionals. You will be supporting AIS project teams to develop high-quality skills standards that form national vocational qualifications through organising and executing project tasks.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and pro-active, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you will have:
- Demonstrated time management skills to set priorities, plan workload, work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Clear and concise writing skills
- High level administrative skills, including data and file management skills
- Attention to detail when reviewing documents and compiling submission documents
- The ability to engage and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven skills in using MS office software applications
Knowledge and experience in Vocational Education and Training or other skills-related or workforce development initiatives is an advantage.
