The Role:
We are on a search for a Program Coordinator to join our RTO Team in Parramatta. This role will see you provide superior program coordination for our courses in various locations. This is an important role within the team that will see you multitasking various activities while ensuring that the delivery of training programs are being conducted in an efficient, effective and compliant manner. This role incorporates a great amount of coordinating and administering of programs/courses as well as supporting the team with enrolments, relationship management and reporting.

The holder of the position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Performing tasks associated with the planning, coordination and implementation of training programs
• Providing student centered, high level administrative coordination and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating trainers, materials, practical sites and resources
• Ensures all venues are booked for future training and reviewed annually
• Supporting the creation of relationships with key stakeholders in industry
• Supporting the RTO Manager as well as the Senior Program Coordinator, Trainers/ Assessors and Work Placement Coordinators
• Processing incoming enquiries and ensuring the timely processing of all relevant documentation
• Booking, confirming and maintaining a register of venues for training and induction
• Preparing correspondence and coordinating training materials
• Liaising with the sales and administration team members to organise delivery of compliant training services
• Assisting with project work to help the RTO in meeting its stated objectives 

Do You Have What It Takes? 

Your previous experience in a similar fast pace environment will see you building and maintaining strong relationships with students and trainers plus putting your exceptional problem solving skills, time management and organisational skills in use!

Plus your:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports, emails and social media posts
• Time management and organisational skills, including managing competing priorities in a busy workplace
• Well-developed ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and key members of organisations
• Knowledge of the VET Sector, VET Compliance and adult education practices
• Well-developed problem solving skills
• RTO Experience highly regarded
