We are currently seeking an energetic, team-oriented Fashion Trainer to join our organization.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
It will be a full time contract with market competitive salary. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting classes on our Sydney Campus. The trainer / teacher will also be responsible for curriculum / course material development and delivery, assessment of student work and reporting results. Additional tasks include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of lessons and learning resources.
- Assessing students work on a regular basis including digital literacy and independent study.
- Formal reporting of student results at the end of each session.
- Analysing LLN requirements of students.
- Participating in extracurricular activities.
- Feedback to and from students.
- Flexibility with the class timings.
- Occasional travelling between campuses
Essential Skills and Experience
In-order to satisfy the job requirements, applicants MUST hold the following qualifications:
- Diploma of Fashion or higher
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110 or TAE40116
Desirable Skills
·Current relevant industry experience working within CRICOS education provider
·2 years’ experience in a similar role in a RTO environment
·3 years’ experience in a general fashion environment
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·Proficient in English
·Good IT skills and digital literacy experience.
