About the business
Well established small Complementary Health College and Clinic seeking a College Manager, with the ability to multi-task, and maintain a confident, friendly, bubbly personality, with colleagues, students and clients of the College.
About the role
You will be a confident, mature person with an administrative background, and the ability to effectively communicate and market the college to prospective students. A support role to the Director of the College, your skills will include attention to detail, and a mature approach to problem solving. A Team player who pitches in as required, you can also effectively work autonomously with a high level of efficiency and focus, with a willingness to get the job done, priding yourself on your reliability and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaison with students,clients and teachers
- Ordering of Stock with budget awareness
- Overseeing the smooth running of all aspects of College management working alongside our Student Manager
- Small event management/marketing
- Email correspondence
- Supervision of staff members
- Small amount of after hours work required as part of the role

Key Skill required
- An understanding and interest in Kinesiology is essential
- Proven experience in an administration position
- An understanding of the VET sector would be an advantage
- A capacity to multi-task is imperative along with an ability to achieve goals with a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong customer service skills are essential, in addition to excellent personal time management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly, reliable with a positive outlook
