As an Admissions Officer you will be a member of our Student Services team and responsible for responding to student and partner requests.

Responsibilities

- Case Management - you are a reliable case manager, can do 3 things at the same time and be in complete control of all the cases you are allocated

- Communication - you have good knowledge of English and are able to write in a clear and appropriate way

- Interpretation of policies and guidelines - you understand policies and guidelines and apply them effectively

Requirements

- Extreme attention to detail - if you spot the grammar mistake in this ad, make sure you mention it on your application

- Tech savvy - you know what is the difference between a Google sheet and an Excel spreadsheet

- Organised with good memory - these are a must considering the workload and the variety of requests

- Full work rights in Australia

The ideal candidate will also

- Be able to learn and process fast

- Have experience in an ELICOS and VET education environment, preferably in a similar role

- Be able to handle pressure and high demand
