Your new role
In your new Commercial Contracts Manager position you will support the Governance Commercial Manager with reviewing contracts, attending to legal matters, conducting research/due diligence on commercial transactions and attending to related governance matters as they arise.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position of Commercial Contracts Manager you will have the following:

• Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of law
• Extensive Commercial experience
• Ability to interpret data and assist in decision making with a commercial mindset
• Previous experience with Governance, Compliance and Risk Management
• Extensive experience in working with legal advisors and an ability to know when legal advice is required
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret agreements and convey advice to staff on commercial issue

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a 12 Month fixed term contract with an annual salary of $120,000 + Super in a Sydney CBD location.
