Due to an internal promotion a coveted and rare Production Manager position has become available for an experienced and passionate people leader to join our Production team at our Braeside facility. It's an exciting time for our team as we are ramping up in preparation for the installation of an additional coating machine. This rare vacancy is for a modern and progressive Production Manager to take the reins of the manufacturing operation and deliver projects with a clear and continuous improvement mindset. 

To be successful in the role you will need to drive productivity, improve production cost and reduce waste whilst maintaining a high level of  focus on safety. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in business process improvement- Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience leading a team in a modern production environment where safety is at the forefront. Experience with plastics or textiles manufacturing would be highly desirable.
