Opportunity to take an integral customer support role within Victorian services team based in their commercial Head offices based in South Melbourne.
Reporting to the Services Operations Manager, your prime responsibilities will be to administer and support both internal as well as external stakeholders,and manage the overall support needs and service inquiries and technician allocations in a time efficient manner in line with service contracts and demands.
Your main duties will include the dispatching of jobs to technicians, and the administrative support in raising Purchase Orders, database management of client contract files and invoice management to meeting customer's expectations and service level agreements.
Your previous experience within a customer service role within a logistics co-ordination or services orientated environment will benefit you in the ability to understand service level agreements and the management of contractors in order to meet key objectives and account demands. This role offers diversity , every day can be different.
Your attention to detail and accuracy is a priority. Intermediate MS Word and Excel essential.
