Working with this large logistics organisation, you will support the security function of a multi-site operation.
  
The Induction and Quality Administrator is responsible for the coordination of the company’s contractor management system ensuring assurance standards are met. It is also responsible for assisting in the coordination of the emergency and security management systems.
  
Critical to the role is your passion for providing the highest standard of customer service.  You will have the desire to go above and beyond, using your initiative to solve problems or improve processes. Your broad skills and experience across administration, compliance and risk will ideally come from an industrial background.
  
Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Contractor management coordination in a customer-focused organisation;
• Operational understanding of compliance standards eg. WHS in an industrial environment;
• High attention to detail and initiative to prioritise workloads;
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders;
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills;
• Strong MS Office suite experience inc. Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude in meeting the needs of customers and the business.
