An experienced rope splicer/fabricator is required for this Tasmanian manufacturer.
Your new company
Based in Southern Tasmania, this Tasmanian company design and manufacture marine products to various industries throughout Australia and overseas. As market leaders they work with a range of organisations and are currently experiencing significant growth in manufacturing.
Your new role
Working as a member of the production team, you’ll primarily provide rope cutting, splicing and packaging expertise. The role requires a thorough understanding of rope identification, handling, measuring and splicing, as well as some fabrication, general labouring and fork lift operations.
What you'll need to succeed
With a thorough understanding of rope identification and handling you’ll enjoy working with a team and have excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will also have fabrication experience and a current fork lift licence.
