About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Storeman to join their company in Prestons NSW with the potential earn between $55,000 - $60,000 per annum + superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to control and direct the efficient and economical management of the warehouse with some of your responsibilities including:
- Ensure product and service quality is maintained
- Manage the inward and outward movement of all assets
- Organise receipt, storage and despatch of goods
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide practical solutions
- Manage local freight agreements with suppliers
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a similar store person position
- A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- A current Forklift licence (desirable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
