Our client is a large, well known Australian organisation with a growing Asian footprint. They are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to lead a deep process analysis and, working with business representatives and SME's from within the business to identify key process improvement initiatives. 
Our ideal candidate is an experienced consultant who has a broad understanding of continuous improvement, lean, change management, business transformation, business process design and a proven track record of helping companies improve performance.
  
This role:

• Conduct AS-IS assessments of organisational-wide business processes
• Design the TO-BE process state & lead implementation of the TO-BE state via re-engineering processes.
• Deliver and assist others to deliver improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Innovation processes
• Identify & determine impacts on technology & people change for the business.
• Educates employees in improvement processes
• Streamlines end-to-end processes
• Develops an improvement culture across the business through mentoring and supporting processes

About you: 
Ideally, you will be Black Belt certified and experience in identifying and driving process improvement across organisations with continuous improvement in its infancy, and be able to demonstrate success in uplifting capability in this area. With a background across FMCG, pharma or health, you should be able to highlight the following in your experience:

• A background in building a process repository and developing business architecture
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management across multiple sites and locations 
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Extensive experience in a large integrated and process related business
