Our client, an ASX 200 listed company, is currently embarking on a 3 year strategic program to embed Agile Ways of Working enterprise-wide. As such, they are seeking to grow their change team.

What you will bring to the role is an excellent understanding of Agile or Lean change delivery methods and the ability to integrate change management activities into these frameworks. Your key strengths will include strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills.

You will also possess the following:
  • Proven experience in end to end change management within a complex enterprise environment 
  • Process redesign
  • Excellent rapport building and influencing skills
  • Ability to prepare training documentation
  • Ability to plan and run workshops
  • Producing documentation to support change
