Your new role
Due to growth strategies they are currently looking for an Audit & Improvement Manager to join them. The key responsibilities of this role are:
- To undertake internal audits to ensure compliance to contacts and business systems
- Develop improvement strategies for the business using the outcomes of the internal audits
- Work closely with management and senior leaders to support the quality management framework
- Evaluating compliance to contract, conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in auditing and quality management. You will have experience at a high level of delivering change to an organisation and be able to guide senior management through the process.
