Are you a strategic process re-engineering consultant with the ability to influence at Senior Executive level?
  
We are working with a number of top ASX listed Financial Services organisations that are investing heavily into their People, Processes and Technology.  The core deliverable is to help our clients better engage with their customers and place the customer at the forefront of their design thinking.
  
We’re looking for pragmatic Lean Six Sigma specialists (or equivalent) ideally with experience operating in an agile environment with exposure to customer centric programs of work.
  
Experience required; 

• Significant Lean Six Sigma technical expertise
• 5+ years proven experience leading business re-engineering programs as a thought leader 
• Change management expertise, addressing the behavioural aspects change required to support sustainability
• Experience in agile ways of working (desirable)
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Analysis & Problem Solving
• Passion for customer-centred design principles   

A background in a service-based environment: Banking, Insurance, Retail, Superannuation, Energy Retailer, Professional Services etc. is highly advantageous.
  
You will also have an inquisitive mind, be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt to change in situations enabling you to be successful in these exciting opportunities.
