Big 4 Bank seeking a strong Senior Change Analyst to work across a portfolio of projects in an agile environment. Working closely with the business implementation manager, the Senior Change Analyst will be involved in the projects from end-to-end.

The Role

The Tribe Senior Change Analyst supports the delivery of change management and business readiness through analysis and documenting change requirements and impacts, executing the change management plans, delivering readiness artefacts, developing relations with and supporting preparation of stakeholders for change, performing change readiness assessments and embedding the change for internal and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities

• Support delivery of allocated change management activities within the agreed cost /time parameters and gain change approvals where required.
• Assist with implementing a change management strategy in conjunction with the Business Readiness/Project Manager that addresses individual, team and organisational requirements, organisational obstacles, areas of risk and defined customer impacts.
• Understand stakeholder needs and perceptions and provide input into the development of appropriate strategies for enabling and embedding project related change and business readiness.
• Assist with managing effective stakeholder engagement, maintaining consistent, clear and concise communications with the business.
• Work with the tribe squads and business stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction with change and business readiness deliverables.
• Work with the tribe squads and business stakeholders to ensure that the change is embedded.
• Deliver Change Impacts Assessments and Business Readiness Artefacts (including process guides / work instructions, training material) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the assessment of change diagnostics to monitor change acceptance and effectiveness.
• Participate in continuous improvement through Retrospectives.
• Engage the Business Readiness/Project Manager to optimise and adjust change timelines with broader business priorities and constraints.
• Actively support the Business Readiness/Project Manager in engaging change networks in supporting organisational ownership for change, and the successful delivery of Insurance changes.
• Act as a reference for change management and communication techniques.
• Demonstrate ANZ values and assist in aligning the culture to achieve business outcomes, fostering collaboration and display a competent influencing ability across the tribe and beyond to manage resistance.
• Work with change management peers to improve, develop and promote the change management profession.
• Support the analysis of delivery and operational risks and issues, adhere to change control processes.

Skills, knowledge & experience

• 2-3 years organisational change management experience with a background in a similar role
• Experience in insurance or finance desired but not essential
• Knowledge of change analysis tasks and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team/tribe/squad environment.
• Broad understanding of agile, project and change management lifecycles, disciplines, procedures and ceremonies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and engagement skills.
• Experience in delivering business readiness artefacts.
• Documentation writing, process analysis and improvement skillset.
