Reporting to a Change Lead, you will be responsible for a single workstream. To support this transition; executing the change management strategy, completing readiness assessments, identifying impacts and building strong working relationships will be your core responsibilities.

You will also actively promote the development of change management capability within the workstream and wider impacted areas of the business.

Your background will present with extensive experience in organisational change management across large to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs.  You will have worked across all facets for change from assessing as is / to be process, developed communication strategies, to process improvement activities and learning strategies.
   
Experience across merger and acquisition programs will be considered an advantage.
