The Position
We are currently seeking applications from experienced Paste Crew & Project Crew to fill the roles available at various sites across Australia.
What we are looking for
- Paste Crew & Project Crew
- Experienced underground preferably in the following; Integrated Tool Carriers operation, Light Vehicle operation, Service Truck operation and installation of steel pipework underground
- Hand Held Rockdrill operation experience necessary
- HR licence preferable
- Working at heights preferable
- CN & DG licence preferable
- The candidate is to have the ability to in a team whilst maintaining a high standard of work quality and housekeeping
- Police Clearance, Drivers Licence, Pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol Screening
Reporting directly to the QPE Site Supervisor and the QPE Project Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Punctual attendance
- Attending all safety meeting & pre-shift meetings
- Complying with site policies and procedures
- Looking after PPE issued to your person
- The completion of workplace inspections as required
- Completing the relevant training paperwork to accrue relevant training certification
- Conducting prestart paperwork on vehicles and mobile equipment
- Following directions from the QPE Leading Hand, QPE Site supervisors & QPE Managers
- Working in various capacities both underground and on the surface
