JOB TITLE: Driller’s Offsider
LOCATION: Western Australia
ROSTER: FIFO 2/1 or 4/2 from Perth
START DATE: Immediate start available
DURATION: Ongoing work + Permanent after 3 months
PAY RATE: $33.57 - $38.95 ph
THE CLIENT
Our clients are working with Reverse Circulation, Diamond, Aircore and Water Well Rigs around the Pilbara and Goldfields. Our clients can provide job security and work-life balance. Training and inductions will be provided. Good workers that meet all criterias and successfully demonstrate 3 months work will be given the opportunity to complete cert 1,2 & 3 in Drilling which is a Nationally Recognised Qualification plus other certificates and licenses.
All training and inductions will be included and you will get paid for your time.
SCOPE OF WORK
Your role as a Driller’s Offsider is to change the drill rods, take dirt samples, clean the rigs and assisting the driller. All offsiders will be trained to a high quality and will work closely with the driller for learning and progression purposes. All offsiders will be placed in a team environment on the rigs providing support and a team culture.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
HR License
1 month minimum experience as a Driller’s Offsider
Be able to provide a reference from a previous drilling company
Be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
Fit and Strong as the role can be physically demanding
