About the Role:
The function of the Supervisor is to lead and safely manage a team of Technology Site Operations technicians through their day-to-day work by assigning break down events and managing planned preventative maintenance work of Technology infrastructure. Leadership skills that include creating proactive and engaged teams will be central to the role.
This include leading the technical and field support teams in the maintenance of Fleet Management, Wireless Telemetry and Control Systems, Network, Server, Infrastructure, Digital Radio, Meeting Room support as well as the management of all site based technology assets including deployment pool, spares, repairs and maintenance with the required records and documentation to support compliance.
About You:
You will have proven safety leadership skills in an operational environment. In addition, your problem solving skills and stakeholder engagement will be highly regarded. Knowledge of Mining Operating technology, Fleet Management, Digital Radio or Process Control will be highly desirable.
