About the role
Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will work closely with the Plant Maintenance Manager to provide an outstanding level of service. Training can be provided but the below skills would be favoured.
- Be dynamic and adaptive
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised when required.
- Scheduled maintenance
- Complex diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to prioritise your workload this includes travel to multiple sites.
- Own tools preferred

Skills and experience
Your key strengths will include but are not limited to the following:
· diagnostic & fault-finding skills,
· Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults,
· Ability to perform preventative maintenance and servicing to a high standard,
· written & verbal communication skills,
· Dedicated commitment to company core values and customer service.
Skills and experience
· Certificate III: Diesel Mechanic or equivalent, or an Australian recognised Trade Certificate,
· Current Australian drivers licence (HR preferred),
· Earthmoving product knowledge, preferably in a field service role,
· Ability to perform troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing activities, and be proactive with all repair work with a emphasis on preventative maintenance,
· An understanding of the importance of record keeping,
· Commitment to maintaining an incident and injury free workplace,
· Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
