The Role
Due to the recent award of a number of upgrade projects as well as an expanding ongoing maintenance contract, Broadspectrum are currently looking to engage a qualified & experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a number of ongoing projects. This role will see you preferably living locally in Port Hedland or FIFO from Perth. To be successful in application you must be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar role and have experience in managing projects, teams and the commercials associated with large projects. This is a full-time permanent role and will commence immediately.
Requirements
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Cert IV Leadership & Management – Highly Regarded
- Demonstrated experience managing Brownfields projects
- BHP WAIO Inductions highly desirable
- WA Driver’s License
- Understanding of ERP systems & Project Controls
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical
Skills & Experience
- Ability to understand & execute Electrical plans
- Experience with Brownfields Projects
- Plan, organise & schedule workloads
- Experience managing small & large teams
- Manage subcontractors
- Recent experience working on BHP sites – Highly regarded
- Excellent attitude towards safety
- Ability to follow policies & procedures
