As our next Field Serviceperson reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results within the Field Maintenance team on site.
Location
Lake Vermont Mine, situated outside of Dysart.
Some of your duties are to:
- Work constructively within the field maintenance team.
- Incorporate in field services including general maintenance and repairs, refuelling as well as monitoring fluid levels and grease lines.
- Understand the service requirement and perform routine maintenance on the heavy machinery.
- Work proactively to ensure the mobile equipment is available for the production department in a timely manner.
- Assist the trade personnel within the field, as required.
What skills and experience do you need?
- A mechanical knowledge or a thorough understanding of the fleet will be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience as a serviceperson; familiar with the mining equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- A commitment to a positive safety culture.
Roster
7/7 Permanent Day Shift Roster commencing on Wednesday’s with full camp facilities and transport provided.
Only a 15 minute commute from camp to site.
