Right now, we have a part-time sales consultant position available at our new Frankston store. The position will be minimum 30 hours per week and could lead to full time for a person suited to the position.

The position includes weekends and public holidays where required. You must be self-motivated and thrive working in a team environment.

Previous sales experience is essential, as is the ability to deliver superior customer service and a desire to achieve great results. You will also have a competitive spirit, drive for success and an ability to influence others.

You will ideally possess the following:

• Background in retail and solutions based sales and/or big-ticket items is essential
• High standards of customer service
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong willingness to want to learn and achieve sales targets and KPI's
• A flair for homewares and previous experience with merchandising is an advantage
