An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Store Manager to join our vibrant Carlton team and continue to provide the exceptional Koko Black experience to our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Motivating, inspiring and energising your team through leading by example to go above and beyond for all our customers
- Ensuring the exceptional presentation of the store, food and merchandise
- Identifying individual training needs and developing Team members so that they are engaged and capable of meeting tasks
- Ensuring all Koko Black governance and compliance expectations are met
- Set daily/weekly targets and accurately forecast sales to positively impact labour and wastage outcomes
- Take ownership of the financial performance and results of the store
- Effectively manage stock to proactively achieve waste, yield and stock take
- Developing opportunities to maximise transactions and sales
