About the role
The QA Specialist plays an important role in establishing and approving the quality standards through the pre-seasonal and pre-production sample process, as well as bulk production inspection and testing. This also includes support to the Operations team with merchandise returns identification, and support with repair workshop management.
As a start, this will be a cross functional role, assisting with other aspects of the business as well.
- Sample approval process
- Style quality query investigation
- Gem, diamond, and assay testing
- Capturing of quality related concerns
- Present quality related data, including bulk quality concerns, merchandise returns and repair failures
- Risk mitigation – identifying issues and opportunities
- In warranty repair involvement
- Diamond grading
- Regularly monitor the quality standards of delivered goods to stores, customer returns & quality standards of goods within the stores
