We are actively seeking a part time Beauty Advisor to represent Dr. Jart in our Brisbane International airport store.

About the role
Located at our Brisbane International Airport store, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing the best service to each and every customer
- Developing strong product knowledge of the Dr. Jart range
- Educating customers on range and options
- Demonstrating how to use products including applying makeup
- Quickly identifying customer's needs and coaching them through purchases
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the success of the tea
This is a part time role position. Uniform, car parking and an ASIC will be provided to the successful applicant. Employment is subject to an initial and ongoing customs and police clearance. Candidates must hold relevant work rights for Australia.
About you
You're a natural within customer service and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and understand that customers are often on time constraints at the airport so you're able to build rapport and understand their needs quickly. You enjoy working as a part of a team though adopt a proactive approach and show initiative when appropriate. Candidates who can speak multiple languages would be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:
- Strong sales background, ideally in luxury cosmetics
- Can speak other languages, ideally Mandarin
- Experience as a beauty advisor or in the makeup industry
- Customer service focused
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional approach and exceptionally well groomed
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved.
