About the role
A new and exciting role has come available for a experienced Store Manager to run their newly renovated Northlakes location. As their Store Manager you will be leading from the front and motivating a team of up to 6 sales members while also insuring that all company benchmark KPI's and budgets are met. Being a newly furbished store this will give you a lot of opportunity to create some amazing growth in the business and add to your retail experience.
Skills and Experience
- Luxury brand experience
- Store management expertise
- Sophisticated presentation
- Previous jewellery experience preferred but not essential
- Rostering & recruiting experience will be beneficial
- Strong customer focus - working with customers from start to Finish
- Product knowledge expert
- Ability to lead a team of 6+ to KPI's and budgets
- You will be a strong leader and have experience in preformance Plans
- A love of coaching and developing your sales team
- Be able to handle Customer queries promptly and effectively
