The Jewellery Group operates Mazzucchelli's Jewellers with 114 years of Heritage and currently 28 stores nationwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Store Manager in our Knox City store.

Jewellery experience is an advantage and previous sales success/results is a must!

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the following skills and experience are required:

• Previous experience in retail store management
• Previous success with individual sales & KPI's
• Previous success in driving a team to budgets and targets
• Luxury goods experience preferred but not essential
• A extremely strong selling background, with proven individual sales achievement

You must also be able to demonstrate the following

• A very strong passion for sales and customer service
• A strong interest in high end Jewellery and Swiss Watches 
• A genuine love for luxury brands
• Excellent people and communication skills
• You must be able to develop and motivate a team to desired outcomes
• Corporate and professional personal presentation
