• A minimum of 3 years management experience in a Big Box retail environment
• A love of training and mentoring
• Worked towards all forms of KPI’S and targets in your previous roles
• Experience in rosters and wage targets
• Done all forms of performance management and reviews
• A passion for people and culture
• A love of retail and all of its facets
