The Company

Instantly recognised brand with a Global Market presence has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications Officer to join their team ASAP. This is a for a 3-month project with the possibility of extension.

The Position

• Assist project teams to implement communication programs, campaigns, products and events
• Manage all internal and external communications across various
• Support the change and adoption team with a variety of tasks
• Coordinate the production of communication materials across different channels and audiences. Newsletters, forms/information packs and marketing collateral
• Ensure all program stakeholder communications are running in a timely manner
• Communicate with stakeholders and colleagues to obtain information and provide updates on project status

The Candidate

• Proven coordination experience with good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to write in an engaging way that reflects a brand’s personality and tone of voice
• Experience working in a project environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask competing priorities and build relationships with senior business owners
• Experience in Vision 6, SharePoint and Survey Monkey will be an advantage
